The event also shone a light on the An Post Institute, which is An Post’s commitment to develop and upskill all employees and includes new Digital Pathways which have been recently launched. As part of An Post’s commitment to building a strong talent pipeline, the Institute partners with top education and learning providers in Ireland and internationally. It comprises four key academies; Digital, Leadership, Business Agility and Career Development, each aligned with An Post’s future skills and capability needs.

Several key changes are already in place at An Post to ensure a more inclusive and empowering experience for employees and applicants, including a modern applicant tracking system and gender-balanced interview panels, Inclusive leadership and hiring manager training and the use of Textio - a tool to reduce bias in job descriptions.
