We are looking to recruit an exceptional candidate to work as part of a 25-strong team at our recently refurbished offices at Merrion Square in the heart of the city centre. This is a unique cross-functional role working across both the Corporate PR and Reputation Management Divisions which also includes Ireland’s only dedicated CSR communications practice. Together we advise some of Ireland’s foremost organisations using bespoke proprietary Reputation Measurement and Strategic Communications Planning Tools that assist the team in developing award-winning Corporate PR campaigns. The successful applicant will also benefit from access to the TRAcademy with financial support for training as well as mentoring from a senior team of award-winning industry leaders.

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Between one and two years' PR experience, ideally in a consultancy environment;
  • A high standard of education, possessing an honours degree and preferably with a postgraduate qualification in Public Relations with a commitment to learning and continuous improvement;
  • Experience working on PR campaigns including research; contributing ideas at campaign concept stage; creating drafts of media materials; engaging in media relations; and generating evaluation reports;
  • An understanding of and genuine interest in the news and business agenda;
  • A creative flair and can-do attitude with strong attention to detail consistent with our commitment to the PRCA Consultancy Management Standard;
  • Strong verbal reasoning, good writing skills with the ability to produce copy to the highest standard of English along with being highly numerate; and
  • Digital capability – literate not only with more traditional skills of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, but also awareness of and capability in working on digital and social media campaigns.
