Crowe announces appointment of Beccy Cameron as Director of HR

Crowe, one of Ireland’s leading accountancy and business advisory practices, is pleased to announce the appointment of Beccy Cameron to the role of Director of Human Resources.

Originally from Wales, Beccy has over 30 years’ experience in HR in the UK, Ireland, Europe and the Nordics. Since relocating to Ireland over 20 years ago she has held senior HR positions in a wide range of organisations across the private and public sectors including those in the telecommunications and financial services sectors.

Beccy will spearhead the ongoing development and evaluation of HR initiatives at Crowe to attract, retain, reward, and motivate top talent and top performance across the firm. This appointment will provide both the strategic platform and the ongoing support to allow the Crowe team to realise its potential within a dynamic, growing firm that is part of a well-established International network. 

Welcoming Beccy to her new role, Crowe’s managing partner, Naoise Cosgrove said: “As a key member of Crowe’s senior management group, Beccy will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to build on the existing strong HR practices while also bringing fresh perspectives to enable managers foster a dynamic culture across the firm through open collaboration and active engagement to support all our team – whether our graduate trainees, senior professional staff or partners.”

Beccy is a Fellow of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) member of the IITD (Irish Institute of Training & Development) and a qualified executive coach, mentor and certified trainer. She is also a former international marathon runner having represented Wales at this elite level.
